Interestingly
enough, she said,
I’ve always had a penchant for married men.
He looked into her large blue eyes,
Contemplated her large wide mouth,
And her ruby red lips;
Wondered what it would be like
To kiss and embrace her,
There and then.
But, she said,
That doesn’t include you of course.
You’re happily married.
I’m not into happiness.
His eyes lowered;
Possibilities vanished.
He took another sip of red wine.
